Benoît Jacques
A sociologist (M.Sc.) and an
analyst of workplace environments
and employee management, Benoît
Jacques has been working with
organizations for over three years
now, improving internal
communication at all levels:
between departments, between
management and employees, and
between the company and its
clients. His main goal is to give
managers the tools they need to
become highly skilled
intermediaries who communicate for
and connect people on the many
echelons within their company, and
the skills to help their company
achieve greater success. In this
way, they become more productive,
more proactive, and better
organized in their work. In the
end, every member of the company
benefits, by making better use of
their aptitudes and improving
their work habits.
For many years Benoît
worked in the steel industry,
where he mediated between
different departments, each of
which were working toward
different, often
contradictory, goals. He
succeeded in winning their
cooperation, negotiating
compromises between them, and
establishing excellent
inter-departmental
communication. In addition, he
practices psychotherapy, is a
member of his professional
association, and leads group
therapy sessions for Après
Coup, an organization
that retrains men with major
behavioural problems. All
these experiences have enabled
Benoît to successfully
negotiate with different types
of people, to recognize their
strengths and their
weaknesses, and to assist them
in developing their full
potential.
Benoît is a dynamic trainer
and a pragmatic observer. He
creates an atmosphere of
openness and trust among the
management groups with ease,
fostering a spirit of
camaraderie and solidarity
within the company. The sessions
he facilitates are captivating
and have a tangible and lasting
positive impact on the
participants.

Fritz Glaus Fritz is a
seasoned professional trainer who
has raised the effectiveness of
leadership training, team
training, and sales training to
new levels by interweaving with
the contents of each training
program a self-knowledge
methodology based on six basic
types of people. Unlike the
psychometric approach, this system
does not generate a theoretical
report about each person but has
participants work as a group to
discover themselves as well as
each other, which creates strong
team spirit and cooperation. It is
a simple and personally meaningful
self-learning methodology that
produces unprecedented results.
Participants
grow their self-esteem, develop
open-mindedness and tolerance,
and improve their communication
skills. They greatly enhance
their ability to assimilate the
subject matter of each training
program and put to immediate
practical use the principles and
techniques they pick up, and
they learn to discover
opportunities for improvement
and solve problems.
Fritz is the
author of the book CRazYZoo!
“KNOW THYSELF” made easy,
an action filled fable which
illustrates the six basic types
methodology. The reader gets
involved by making a choice
about himself before the start
of the story and another one as
he progresses through it. He
discovers himself by taking on
the role of one of the animals
in the story. It is a simple yet
highly effective method of
learning about oneself and about
others.
