Fritz Glaus
Fritz is a seasoned professional trainer who has raised the effectiveness of leadership training, team training, and sales training to new levels by interweaving with the contents of each training program a self-knowledge methodology based on six basic types of people. Unlike the psychometric approach, this system does not generate a theoretical report about each person but has participants work as a group to discover themselves as well as each other, which creates strong team spirit and cooperation.
