Taking care of yourself and your employees is essential for good business and for maximizing productivity. When you are rested and motivated you can deal with problems more creatively and easier. The same is true for your employees. I am currently on vacation and while having lunch there was a couple next to me and all they could talk about was work. I overheard the man say how hard it was to detach from work. You are more than work. Find time for relaxation and enjoyment.
