In this video, I interview 3 very bright and business motivated high school students, who I met at the C2MTL conference in Montreal recently. I decided to interview them about their generation’s view on the workplace and what type of business environment and management style would appeal to them.

I had read an article on this Generation Z while on a plane just before meeting these students. I wanted to see if their perspective was in line with what the article was saying about them. I only have a paper copy of the article but you can search for the featured expert, David Stillman.
